I just said the same thing in another post about this. Its 80 miles to San Antonio so its at least 50 miles to the suburbs. It would have taken at least 30+ minutes for anyone nearby to get there? Even with border patrol living in town I just can't see 400. Not unless the border patrol agents makes up 3% of the towns 15k population?
