One real "big wig" was Larry Silverstein the lease holder for all three towers. Who managed to fleece insurers into accepting the two collapsed towers as two separate events thereby doubling his settlement. But there are others as you remember. This was the guy when interviewed about building 7 said they finally decided to "pull it".
