This, I think, is the most reasonable explanation for what we see in the world today.
One thing not mentioned in the article is that one thing that unites each of these world leaders is a pronounced distaste for one world anything. These are men who love their cultures, and their countries, and their religions, and have no interest in a technocratic solution. That, even more than biolabs, is what brings them together, in my opinion.
