It's always hilarious when they put polls out that show the democrat in a tie and then on election day the conservative wins by 18%. (This has happened more than once).
They don't care. The only goal is the narrative.
You get these narratives before each election:
"Don't vote. They'll just cheat."
"Republicans dominated polls for months, but suddenly democrats for no explained reason are closing the gap and in a tie! It's amazing! We can't explain why, but maybe it's because we altered who we asked..."
(Used very heavily before red domination in Virginia).
When the polls are wrong, they never apologize or admit a mistake. No, they move on to the next narrative:
"They let us win." (lol)
"The conservative is a rino" (pushed hard about Youngkin).
"It was a fluke."
"The democratic candidate ran too moderate of a campaign. They tried to appeal to the middle. Voters in Idaho want an outspoken leftists who is trans, non-binary and has had proudly terminated 6 late term pregnancies for their career and let's white men know their place."
Anything to demoralize.
When they do steal an election to flip it by a small margin of 1-2%:
"The country is turning blue!"
"Blue landslide!"
"Conservatives can't win if they don't choose more moderates like Mitt Romney. Soccer moms want someone who is polite and civil."
