Nope, but prison is about as close as it gets. It would be communism if it was a hard labor prison. Socialism is sitting around all day waiting for your government provided everything. Communism is when you spend all day working at hard labor and everyone just gets enough to survive to work tomorrow. She/He/They/Them/It has arrived at Utopia!
