We can’t do an entire remodel- now that I’m hearing this I think you are insane!! We’re doing (getting it done really) the kitchen and refinishing all the floors on the lower level. The kitchen is where I spend most of my time.... meals for family made with real food. It will be difficult- but the end result will be glorious.

Oscillating tool & a Wonderbar (fantastic little crowbar with many ways to gain leverage) will be your best friends from my experience.
