I think he will be back on 1/21/23 finish off Joe's stolen 2 years and then run again in 24 for a total of 10 years as President of the USA.

Or maybe qpost 78 isn't about an old phase of the plan but the current phase. Also, didn't the WH say Joe is 78 when he is 79. That would be two times that 78 was used oddly and reported in the news
