Yes. I believe so. They (DOJ/FBI) are above the rule of law and went against the direct orders of the President. They have gotten away with it, at least so far. "Patel said the next steps to force the disclosure of the documents is a FOIA lawsuit and possible subpoenas from Congress if Republicans regain control in the November elections. Just the News is exploring such litigation."
