An objective analysis of the facts presented in the article establish that Trump, through his charity, donated services to Eric's charity until it was self-sustaining. Then Trump, once the charity grew beyond it's original scope, started charging market value, that he also underwrote with cash donations of his own.
TLDR, Trump primed the pump with his bucket o' water and dared drink from the river that flowed from the tap, while also keeping it primed as needed from time to time.
I think the real issue here is the charity wasn’t being used to advance the NWO’s agenda. If he was doing that he could have claimed most donations for himself and the MSM would be defending him.
I wish that someone could track it through from Eric’s to Donald’s to the donations to St Jude’s. I’ve wondered, too, but you need a clearer picture to get solid answers. Still a Trump fan forever!
My impression at the time was that it was a Democrat witchhunt designed to make Donald J Trump look bad.
OK, the operation of the charities could have been "crisper". That is, there were many Trump-related entities: Donald J Trump, the Trump golf course business, Eric Trump, Donald's Foundation and Eric's Foundation. If one of the foundations bought anything from the Trump business that was called theft and corruption. Trump employees and other people connected to Trump ran the foundations so it all got a bit cnfused.
This is what Trump said:
The sleazy New York Democrats, and their now disgraced (and run out of town) A.G. Eric Schneiderman, are doing everything they can to sue me on a foundation that took in $18,800,000 and gave out to charity more money than it took in, $19,200,000. I won’t settle this case!...

So, whatever went wrong it looks as if the Foundation ended up in profit. Trump had been trying to wind up the Foundation in 2016 but, because f the trial, it was still running in 2018 and so some pyments to deserving causes were dalayed for two years.
This is what Trump's lawyer said:
"Unfortunately, the NYAG sought to prevent dissolution for almost two years, thereby depriving those most in need of nearly $1.7m.
"Over the past decade, the foundation is proud to have distributed approximately $19m, including $8.25m of the president's personal money, to over 700 different charitable organisations with virtually zero expenses.
"The NYAG's inaccurate statement of this morning is a further attempt to politicize this matter."
This whole story is the reason President Trump did not release his taxes. Nothing was done wrong but the left would have a field day pulling out one fact but ignoring the other relevant facts that would explain everything.

So he charged the charity fair market value but still donated back a portion of it?
In the year cited in the article the charge was 100k for services, and the donation from Trump was also exactly 100k. 100% offset.
Is it fair to say that technically all transactions were lawful?
Yes. The author's beef is that he(r) doesn't approve of the way someone else raises money to give away.
I think the real issue here is the charity wasn’t being used to advance the NWO’s agenda. If he was doing that he could have claimed most donations for himself and the MSM would be defending him.
The writers whole career is slandering Trump. He brags about it in his bio.
I would just say it's probably fake news, as usual
Yeah but there was a court case....I only posted the article as reference

True I could point that out but then they would point me to the case
