I was prescribed SSRIs years ago. They made my symptoms worse. I got to the point where I had to quit them because I was scared of what was going on in my head. I later found out that I have sensitivity to gluten and dairy. I avoid those foods and most of my symptoms have faded away.
We've been tricked into thinking there is a pill for everything. We're addicted to convenience. There are no shortcuts. Real food = real health. I've even started buying mostly organic vegetables at this point. Not sure if they make a difference for me or not, but I like the idea of reducing the amount of chemicals my family is exposed to.
