I was given 1 of these years ago because I was suffering from chronic insomnia and hadn’t slept properly for over a year. It was literal exhaustion but the doc jumped straight to SSRIs. It made me so ill I ended up in hospital and it took days to clear it out of my system. The insane thing is all I needed to to was get a decent nights sleep. Would never go near them
