Gail was only 52. She died in her sleep, if it was a heart attack or stroke I think she would of alerted her husband next to her but she just suddenly died with no underlying health problems.
I feel very bad as they owned the local pub and just sold it so they can have an early retirement. They were both going to enjoy themselves as running the pub was a fulltime job that required there full attention.
Her husband Chris is distraught as now he's a widower and was about to enjoy the fruit of his hardwork with his wife and family.
If you can pray for her family it will be greatly appreciated.
Dear Lord, it is times like this that we are lost and it takes our breath away at how suddenly a loved one can be gone. In you alone there is hope. Please strengthen Chris & all who knew & loved Gail with your presence that your strength be theirs in the coming days. (Isaiah 40:29-31) Comfort them with your promise of salvation through Christ Jesus (Acts 4:11-12). Fill them with your Spirit and your peace that they may be helped & guided in the days ahead (John 14:26-27). Bring them all the people & resources they will need for whatever circumstances arise. Love them, Lord with your love that endures forever. I ask all this in Jesus’ Holy name, Amen.
That's a lovely prayer
In Jesus name we pray
Amen.
It’s all God. He equips us to comfort others by comforting us in our trials & tribulations. (2 Cor 1:3-4) He is so good!
