Why doesn't he show the same fervor in pursuing Ray Epps for his role in "incitement of the mob"? They have him on video telling people to go IN. Open and shut case. Why isn't he rotting in a cell beside the rest of the January 6th prisoners?

How many times was the name Ray Epps mentioned during the January 6th show trial? I'm guessing zero.
