Donald Trump's deliberate delay in starting his Jan 6 rally, plus going half an hour over time, plus his calm instructions to remain peaceful and slowly WALK to the Capitol (hours after federal agents and antifa, disguised as patriots, had already laid siege to the building with the help of DC police), plus his advice to peaceably disperse and go to their homes, will be remembered as one of the shining moments of stellar leadership by any president of the United States in history.

Patriots were rightly incensed by the widespread proven election fraud and the overthrow of the presidency taking place in a brazen coup d'etat, and were exercising their First Amendment rights to assembly and to petition their govt for a redress of grievances. Trump's wise actions prevented any sort of right-wing insurrection; the left-wing one was already in full swing.
