A super tanker takes a lot of time to turn, because of inertia and momentum.

What this signals is that the turn if 1/2 way complete. Think the bottom of a u-turn. So, don't worry. It may take time to get there, but when the supertanker has gotten close to completing the whole turn, and is beginning to straighten out in the proper direction, it will be unstoppable, and arrests, dislodgings, and shame will come down like a methodical but unstoppable unfolding.

So, be patient. This is a BIG operation, and the turning is pretty much the greatest external turning in history (Christ's victory was the greatest internal turning in history).
