Yes this is ridiculous and ludicrous but you need to take a step back and look at what they are trying to set up. Declaring it an emergency sets in motion several legal things including the possibility of Martial Law. While you are laughing their tanks are moving forward guys. That's why climate is also an emergency, they have to cover everything with that blanket in order to move their plan forward. Even guns are an "emergency".
