interesting, and as someone that has always lived around meatpacking industry & seen how depressing it is; I wonder are we really supposed to be eating so much meat?
did they eat meat in the garden of eden? seems so primitive and ritualistic to me. especially the normies and their buffets🙄
not that I want people to be weak vegans, just wonder what the ideal situation would be.
Probably not as much as most people are eating. I grew up on a farm and cow and chicken was used for eggs and milk with the occasional slaughter for meat. Fish added more. We didn't raise pigs. I think if most people had to slaughter their own meat things would change.
Doubt it would change...its pretty easy to buy a deep freezer and harvest venison/pork in Texas. You can easily split a cow with friends. Not like you're going out every month or even quarter to do it.
