The filthy rich won't be where the people can even get to them. They won't care if the people rip each other apart in fact that will be even better with them. They already pit the people against each other constantly.

these people depend on other people....if the world is falling apart and there is a nice shelter. I am sure that the servants and their own security would be a danger to them in the bunker.
