Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

So, despite the flu (no cough), I was quite functional here and took three times (instead of once) my quercetin, Zinc, D3 and Nigela Sativa. We could even sip some nice rosé wine (Gamay) on our stone stairs, whilst watching the sunset.
Today I felt like sleeping longer and here I am. Thanks God, I can eat and concentrate and the tastebuds/sense of smell work.
I will now take my food supplements once again.
My husband and I tried Zinc and it made us sick to our stomachs.
Zinc has to be taken with food. I know someone else who took it on an empty stomach on his way to work, and he had a horribly upset stomach that day.
Good point. My husband and I usually only eat a meal a day and try to get in a healthy snack a day. We’ve been losing weight this way by only eating when we are hungry. I’m banking that the whole three meals a day thing and five food groups was put in place by the government to keep people fat and reliant on doctors. And with junk and preservatives and sugars being the only affordable foods. That’s why we are getting a homestead going.
