Someone who is born in the US does not have to file any paperwork for citizenship.

14th amendment says "born here and subject to legal jurisdiction of the state," allowing a case to deny her citizenship if she grew up (i.e., not subject to U.S. laws) in Canada. Hasn't worked yet, but it's the only way to remove citizenship from anchor babies as far as I know. Trump has mentioned this clause before.
