There is one & only one thing that dementia Joe knows & that's where his bribe money comes from. He won't resign or fall prey to 25A. This is my guess. He don't care about anyone, not his own son, not the cabal, no one. He's certainly no white hat either, of course but if he knows he's going down he will rat them all out. I think the plan is to just let the enemy destroy themselves & walk in at the right time. (Which is probably when they try to 'replace' Joe) this way Q forces will get the right optics ;)
