Here's what I've discovered on my spiritual journey.

You are not your body or mind.

You are the spark, a conciousness, a soul, these things belong to God. Because this is God's gift to you, satan is always in your thoughts, always talking to you, trying to corrupt the shit out of you.

So pay attention to being in control of your own thoughts and always have no hate in your heart.

Kind of ties back to the tree of knowledge where Eve ate from. After Adam and Eve did that, then satan have always been a pain in our side.
