My wife is asleep. I do pause the movie sometimes to get a better look at something after I've seen enough of the movie to know that the repeated symbolism isn't a coincidence. For now I just tell my wife that I'm not going to say anything and I start the movie again. Perhaps one day she will wake up. She's just willfully ignorant. She's against anything that disturbs her calm.
