Did you scroll down far enough to reach the "exceptions" section? Section B? The part that I'm sure ABSOLUTELY NOBODY takes advantage of and completely exploits?
Still, nowhere does it say is a "LAW" to learn english. It says there's a section that tests your english comprehension that one might need to become a citizen. Then there's a giant list of exceptions.

Yes I read all of it. You are correct. The meme is partially true, but the exceptions somewhat negate the premise. As is the case with most of our federal "laws".
