Never did I say anyone would be let to walk away freely. I am only talking about whether military will step in before the Awakening happens or not.

Once the Awakening happens and people understand the reality of this world, the newly awoken sleepers will probably be screaming the loudest for justice. At that point there could be anything - military tribunals, or even citizen tribunals.

But no, no one who has committed crimes against humanity and children are going to walk. Some of them have deals, but the deals probably just commute death sentence to life in Gitmo, OR legacy deals.

Not sure what happens to legacy deals. I feel that eventually even their legacies will be exposed regardless.
