The deep state uses it to oppress us to a level where we accept slavery but modern humans are getting so advanced, that nothing can really stop us anymore. It can only slow us down. Rebellion against slavery is very normal when we become more advanced which is why everyone is rebelling.
Aren't you supposed to "clear" your mind to meditate? How do you do this? Serious question, as my mind never stops and the more I try to "not think" I think more, lol.
I think it's a misunderstanding that you're supposed to NOT think. You're supposed to dissociate yourself from the effects of thinking. Allow the thoughts to exist but not to focus on them.

Focus entire only the sound of your breathing. Keep your focus there and 99% of all thought is stopped. It takes discipline but 5 minutes isn’t long.
Also use blindfolds and noise blocking ear muffs to stop all sensory activity.
Yep. You sit and breathe until your mind clears. It gets easier the more you do it.

Got rid of the fluoride almost 10 years ago, and what a difference it made in our overall health.
DID the same BUT also take an IODINE capsule and purged the SOY out of the body...makes a very big difference in the mind & body!!!!!
