My Christian friends dislike Trump and believe there is no plan and he is a bad guy

I'm finding it hard to get them to at least consider that we might have some "earthly help" with Trump and the military and Q and they are very black pilled and ready for rapture. Has anybody had the same issue?

They sound brainwashed if they think he is a bad guy. Ask them why they think that, you should be able to by now rebuke anything they say. If they are Christians they have to know God works through people and Trump is one of those people.
