It was my understanding that coins are minted by the US Treasury, but bills are “Federal Reserve Notes”

I just went through stacks. Nothing after 2017A series.

bruh nah they only change the year on the note if they change the design. unlike coins. no redesigns since 2017 so theyre still being printed. still interesting in a 17 sense
