"What is the difference between a Minor attracted person and someone who acts on that attraction.

If there really was a study I would bet it was framed in a way to suggest someone who is attracted to just barely minors but does not act on it."

it's natural to find aesthetic beauty in things.

But people who molest young children deserve swift and brutal deaths.
