If you are thinking long covid, one of the reasons for long covid is allergic reaction to the left over spike proteins. I strongly suggest watching the testimoney of the South African doctor in the Reiner Fullmich's Neuremberg 2 event. Sorry, I dont remember his name, but he explains long covid really well.

Essentially, what you need is allergy medication - anti-histamines.
