Any time you "accidently" kill someone, it is considered manslaughter. It is atypical to be convicted unless it is an accident due to negligence or blatant irresponsibility. Driving while distracted is definitely an act of negligence and irresponsibility. If she is not arrested and tried, it is a miscarriage of justice.

I totally agree , I didn't want to say that 100 being on phone is manslaughter because Cali is a lawlessness state now so wasn't sure if that changed . I know if it was me the charges and punishment would be extream compared to this witch !
