Yea Im fairly sure that the Insurrection Act was invoked and that through CoG plans the Combatant Commanders have control of our government. Devolution is no doubt real and in play. FEMA and the Coast Guard play a big role in CoG. The Coast Guard went to COGCON 2 sometime between January 6th and January 20th. One of the EOs lays out FEMAs role. Trump switched up FEMA leadership after November 6th.

The Biden regime and the illegitimate Congress is playing house. Control is in the hands of the Comabatant Commanders and Trump runs the government in exile.
