To not blink is a neurological sign. A subtype in the parkinson family comes to mind, as an example.

Yes, Agree. Treatments for Parkinson’s include side effect of eye twitching, frequent blinking and may be treated with botox to paralyze the area around the eyes... I bet this guy gets needles poked in him all day every day trying to mask his terrible decline....
