Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Havarti, Gouda and Baby Swiss. They're the current ones I'm eating but I love any cheese. I used to live close to Chicago and my family and I would go to Wisconsin to the Cheese Castle and sample all kind of cheese there, so it doesn't matter as long as it's good!
I occasionally splurge on Saint Angel with Krakatini!😀
Extra sharp cheddar Mozzarella Cream cheese
Tillamook - Sharp cheddar
Tillamook - Jack
Galbani - Mozzarella
With these three cheeses you can make just about anything.
Enchiladas, and numerous Mexican food. Lasagna, bruschetta, pizza, and many other Italian favorites. Grilled cheese sandwiches. Also a cheese topping for sandwiches, cheeseburgers, eggs, chips, Texas toast/garlic bread etc… last but not least, good old basic Cheese and crackers.
If I had two more choices it would be
Boars head - Provalone for Italian sub sandwiches.
Blue cheese Crumble for salad and other delicious ideas.
Yes! Blue cheeseburgers rock! Blue cheese dressing instead of mayonnaise.
