Honestly, same. Even as a metalhead I can only really stomach metal songs/bands that promote Christian values and give glory to God. Ive noticed lately that I've inadvertently dumped a lot of the old metal music I listened to. A lot of it was just sex, drugs, partying, etc. Some bands I give a pass to cuz I enjoy the music and it's not satanic in nature or promoting degeneracy openly. Most modern mainstream music, especially pop, is trash. Lyrically garbage and musically lazy. But that's just my opinion
More power to ya. Cornell ain't garbage noises, though. Check out "like a stone" or "I am the highway was a lot more heavy rock in the band sound garden early on, but more grunge in audioslave.
Rest in peace Chris and Chester.. you both tried to tell us all. You will not be forgotten, and we will carry the torch for you guys. I hope and pray you're singing bomb duets for God in heaven
On a dark desert highway
Cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas
Rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance
I saw shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself
This could be Heaven or this could be Hell
Then she lit up a candle
And she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor
I thought I heard them say
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel California
Any time of year (any time of year)
You can find it here
Her mind is Tiffany-twisted
She got the Mercedes Benz
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys
She calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard
Sweet summer sweat
Some dance to remember
Some dance to forget
So I called up the Captain
Please bring me my wine
He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here"
"Since 1969"
And still those voices are calling from far away
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
They livin' it up at the Hotel California
What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise)
Bring your alibis
Mirrors on the ceiling
The pink champagne on ice
And she said, 'We are all just prisoners here"
"Of our own device"
And in the master's chambers
They gathered for the feast
They stab it with their steely knives
But they just can't kill the beast
Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before
"Relax, " said the night man
"We are programmed to receive"
"You can check-out any time you like"
"But you can never leave!"
He's on a hunger strike because he won't commit to the cannibalism.
That's what the "mouths are chokin" and fire's cookin' refers to
Children being farmed while the "slaves" are workin' (the everyday people)
Many have posited that children are farmed there's no birth certificate that way, likely going on in places like under epstein's temple, and in many other places.
I never looked at this song in that way before. And I've heard it countless times. They tried to tell us.... Only now do we realize the truth of their words. I hope they're resting in peace. I truly do
Same, today while listening to it to throw in my karaoke Playlist I was like hold on a sec. Chris you beautiful soul, you had been telling us all along, longer than we even realized.
Bennington was taken a month after Chris, on Chris' birthday.
It's sad to see nobody was listening... It's hard to imagine what could've been had we been awake back then. But the past is gone and now we have to push on with our newfound knowledge. Also.... How coincidental that Chester's death was on Chris's birthday considering they were best friends and child abuse survivors.... Weren't they killed in the same way as well?
I've heard some things about doorknob suicides.... From what I understand without looking at your sauce, is that it's a message that said person killed was gonna say some things the DS didn't want them to say, and it's a message to anyone thinking about exposing their dirty laundry. But I'll check it out!
There is a podcast I listened to that had an “eye witness account” of a woman who had been an underage sex victim of Epstein and she said that he wanted to distribute as much of his dna as possible and there were women with babies under the complex. Just makes you think, you know? Maybe that story isn’t so far fetched.
Chris died and a month later on his birthday, Chester died.
Chris had been working with several organizations to save children and one of them was doing work in Haiti where Clinton was involved in the trafficking of children.

I always thought both of those songs had a Christian or at least a God-seeking bent to them.
They do, right? Something very pure about them in a way.
My radio broke in my car maybe 7 years ago. I never replaced it and even though I have a car with a radio now I've never turned it on.
I always just stream music from my phone. Radio all plays poppy trash, shitty hip hop, and nonsense in a sea of ads.
The major labels bought out all the stations, basically, and therefore all play the same trash.
Yeah plus same 10 songs per day. I listen to my phone music or documentaries when the sound level is done right
Rest in peace Chris and Chester.. you both tried to tell us all. You will not be forgotten, and we will carry the torch for you guys. I hope and pray you're singing bomb duets for God in heaven
Hotel California is very telling as well.

Never looked at it in that light, always accepted the "It's about addiction" angle.
Awesome perspective!
I don't mind stealin' bread from the mouths of decadents
But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled, yeah
But it's on the table, the fire's cookin' And they're farmin' babies, while slaves are workin'
The blood is on the table and the mouths are chokin'
But I'm goin' hungry, yeah
I don't mind stealin' bread from the mouths of decadents
But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled, uh huh
But it's on the table, the fire's cookin' And they're farmin' babies, while the slaves are all workin'
And it's on the table, their mouths are chokin'
But I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
uh, I don't mind
(No, I don't mind stealin' bread)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)
I'm goin' hungry (goin' hungry)

Okay I just read through it and holy cows....
That website reminds me a lot of the decoding symbols. He has a whole exposition on Isaac Kappy that's kind of mind blowing.

How many times did we sing along with this song growing up without ever knowing what he was really talking about? It makes complete sense now.
It literally just hit me today as it came on my karaoke Playlist 😅
It's on the table, the fires cooking.
God help us.
RIP Chris and Chester.
Did they both die on the same day? Very strange deaths. Amici too.
Chris died and a month later on his birthday, Chester died.
Chris had been working with several organizations to save children and one of them was doing work in Haiti where Clinton was involved in the trafficking of children.
Yeah, but he sung it with Eddie Vedder who’s about as much of a Leftist tool as there ever was.
Yeah, I do love Pear Jam's music though. I'm a big grunge guy. It captures my vibe so to speak.
Audioslave is one of my top bands to this day, haven't listened to much soungarden as the songs I did hear seemed to be more like heavy metal.
What album would you recommend I start with?
