define death
Most people define death as when the body takes its final breath. Quantum physicists say that everything is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed. So, technically- these bodies are pretty insignificant if that’s the case. We close one door, and walk through the next.
i think its something like this ....

You're so close...what part of us makes it through to the next? What makes us conscious and observers? It is our soul and spirit that exist outside of this physical reality.
God is real. He's calling to you from a place of eternal life and love.
I have no doubt that God is real. I wouldn’t say that God calls to us. I tend to believe that God waits patiently for us to remember.
A wearing out of the body. Parts get old and wear out. Some have high mileage some don't. A return of the spirit to the God who created us. Peace and rest. That's the part I'm looking forward to.
