The market makers can route orders how they see fit to paint whatever picture they want. Seems like you are unaware of dark pools and off exchange trading?

Quite aware of them just not sure why they wouldn’t swipe relatively cheap shares off the legit market to cover if they’re actually scared to death of MOASS.
