What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Here's what use specifically for migraines, they were a huge problem for me (almost daily)
Iron, I was very low - get it naturally if you can meat, beef, parsley are leafy-s
Get inflammation under control; no seed oils, lots of water used sea salt or mineral salt like pink Himalayan in all my drinks.
Take a bath with Epsom salts or magnesium flakes, or just soak your feet.
I supplement with a good daily vitamin
Frankincense oil, on wherever the pain is.
I tried the CBD oils and gummies, they didn't work for me, but a couple puffs on a almost 0 level thc bud did wonders, you can relax enough for sleep.
Also, keep your breathing in mind, when your in pain people tend to take shallower breaths... breath deeply don't deprive your body of oxygen :)

Oh yes! I forgot that. I use cast iron for everything :)
