Essential oils help my headaches tremendously. I say headache because I don’t nauseous. Sometimes my headaches can last a week. If you haven’t used essential oils please research EO safety. Most aren’t safe if you are pregnant, have a cat, baby or toddler, some are ok & others can be dangerous for dogs. I have to be very careful around my dog.

Many people suggest taking a magnesium pill when you have a headache. I don’t take them regularly because to much can act as a laxative for myself. Some people take it for constipation. If you are low on magnesium there’s magnesium oil spray and magnesium body butter. You can make it yourself or purchase online. I use Etsy a lot because many people have businesses making aromatherapy body products.

If you need resources for herbal tea & herbal tinctures I use ask. Most herbal teas on the market aren’t safe or packaged in plastic tea bags.
There might be a supplement that would help. There’s such a wide range of supplements, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Also look at mushrooms & superfoods are so beneficial for our bodies.

This is so very helpful and I appreciate all the resources you have provided here. I’m new to oils but a friend of mine was just telling me about one she recently tried to help her sleep. I’m on a Big Pharma drug that I need to stop taking immediately. I will be checking these out! Thanks again!
Your welcome. If you have any questions Plant Therapy has great email customer service. I’ve asked them many questions before. What oil for this? Blend recipes, etc. They have a blog. When you search the oil you can choose shop or blog.
