It is becoming quite obvious that emergenices and disaster declarations are the new tool of choice to use in bypassing the United States Constitution.

They are going way too far. Crying wolves everywhere. This will end in a fight... and they will lose.

I wonder how is this going to impact the gubernatorial races?

Right now, Zeldin has a PR edge by (almost) getting killed while Hochul looks bad by tweeting out a schedule of Zeldin's campaigning, while not so subtly encouraging her supporters to harass the campaign.
