Gropey Joe's DNC speech was a blatant fake. You can see the corners of his mouth and little "glitches", also that he looks way younger and more with it than I have ever seen him.

My guess is new evidence is coming to light and they want to call it a "conspiracy" or deep fake. Or to cry and discredit what's already out there like 2000 mules.
