How can a company that doesn't exist own ground?
Monsanto was bought out by Bayer on June 27th 2018 for $66B.
The tweet says who purchased the land. Obviously Bayer took ownership of all assets belonging to Monsanto when they got taken over. Actually, that explains why Germany is taking such an active role in keeping this war alive.
