prolly. Not necessarily troll though, some are very serious about making things go away. They will make three, or four or more accounts just for that purpose. Also there are English speakers all over the world that will do anything for 50c. You know, make money on the hinterzones! We pay 50C per post. Accent not required, if can read and write Hinglish.
