I SPENT ALL OF 2020 IN CHICAGO. NONE OF THE HOMELESS DROPPED DEAD IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. NOT ONE. THE SAME ONES WERE STILL THERE, DAY AFTER DAY, DURING THE DEADLIEST PANDEMIC EVER.
