Actually I've seen how pro-aborties respond to this. It's always, "I wish she had aborted me!" These people don't care about questions like this because they're so miserable anyway that death seems preferable.

However, I always respond to their answer with this: "Well if you'd been killed before you were born then you wouldn't be able to b*tch and moan about killing your own babies and we wouldn't be having this lovely conversation." That usually makes them sputter or flounder because they know I'm right. That they are indeed happy to be alive (even though they'll never admit it) and if they weren't then they wouldn't get to protest and whine about abortion, which is their sick religion.
