Just FYI, in Tucson the pens supplied at the polling station that I went to were Paper Mate, Flair Medium Black felt tip pens. I marked my ballot with the blue ball point pen that I had brought with me.
See if you can bring pens back to your polling place to pass out if you can.
I brought my own pens. Told that I couldn't use them. I was to use the felt-fast-dry pen. I made sure no bleed throughs and my ballot was good and dry because I took my time filling in the ovals with the "official Maricopa County" pen.
