Please quote where they said that.

And this is a statement the CCP would obviously agree with. There is nothing in there saying that the CCP is an "illegitimate government".
The PRC is controlled completely by the CCP and this is how they save face by saying they actually are a Republic. "Rook, rook, the PRC has opposing poritical pahties, but the CCP is by far more popurar. We are trury a modern Republic on par with USA".
Russia in this statement does not call out the CCP, they are glorifying the PRC. Since the PRC is controlled completely by the CCP, it is obviously the only legitimate government representing China from the view of the CCP.
Let me just say it again.
The Chinese Communist PARTY controls the PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA. CCP political party controls the PRC government. Russia is saying the PRC is the only legitimate government and the REPUBLIC OF CHINA (RoC aka Taiwan) is NOT legitimate. CCP is happy, seal claps.

This is hivemind thinking no different than Reddit. With what you've shown, Russia is not saying anything bad about the CCP or seperaring them from the PRC.
Now they may be planning to take down the CCP (the chances of that are low but keep all possibilities open) but they are not showing that in any way here.
It is disingenuous to show this to others as "evidence" when we both know its a bunch of hopium crap and all you're left with is "we will see, won't we".
Now what Bioclandestine showed on Ukraine Biolabs was FANTASTIC and it made him mildly famous. I am convinced the MSM is not giving the full narrative and that those Biolabs surround several main objectives of Putin's Russian forces. The evidence was solid, it fit like a nice puzzle piece, he even got banned of Twitter immediately for his thread pointing out Russian bombing with DoD Biolabs locations.
This on the contrary is forced and a hoping that this fits into the narrative you want. You already decided Russia is good guys, Xi Jinping good guy, CCP and Taiwan bad, so you try to find anyway to justify this thinking even with lack of evidence. It's not useful and doesn't help you in anyway (even if you're assumption is right) and in fact if you're assumption is wrong then it is an unnecessary black pill to swallow.
Why should everything happening in the world be in your favor?
Don't take unnecessary paths that lead to black pills. Find good evidence and then spread it out like what Bioclandestine did on his Twitter post. Don't get caught up in speculative hivemind thinking like Redditards do. Their "scientific process" is also deciding a conclusion they like and only finding evidence that supports their conclusion.
