SCOTUS rules on this in OCT, I wonder what happens if they rule that legislatures have the power, not the state supreme courts, to control election matters?
One of the big things is the State Legislatures will have nowhere left to hide. Too many have ducked their U.S. Constitutional authority and willingly deferred to the courts on election matters.
What the PA SC is saying is that Legislatures do have the authority to decide election laws and they are pointing back to when they say the legistatures did create the mail in voting. The problem is that the PA SC and SOS changed the original law the legislatures passed and created the mess PA now has. THE people who are guilty of altering the law are now approving the altered law as if the legislature created it and are the ones responsible to judge whether their actions are lawful. They broke the law and know they can get away with it and just approved their own actions. That was what they just did.
