No, that's not what it means. It's esoteric symbolism for the eye of Ra. Read the very basic history of Ra and you'll understand it and why John "Skippy" Podesta had the number thirteen written in a fish symbol on his hand.
Ra also known as EL, Chronos, Saturn, Satan.

The one-eyed man is Satan, the same guy whose eye sits atop the pyramid on the back of the dollar bill.
Don't think most of these clowns heard of Ra. Ra or globalhomo is all the same club.
