Except that the flag code defines the flag specifically. I can cite my stance. So can you?

U.S. Code, Title 4, Ch. 1 §1. Flag; stripes and stars on

The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be fifty stars representing the fifty states, white in a blue field

FIFTY stars. Not 13. Read more. Or provide a source.

The Betsy Ross Flag was our first flag. Citing "US code", made up bullshit that is arguably Unconstitutional to back your argument just makes you sound like a derp state shill.

You're arguing nonsensical technicality while ignoring the fact that the FBI considering the First Flag (facts matter) as a terrorist symbol is problematic.

Well some might argue that the Cambridge Flag or Grand Union Flag represent the "first" 'American' flags. But why get lost in details.
